This product are used in snowy, mountainous terrain — from resorts to backcountry expeditions. Skiing involves high-speed movement, control, and power transmission in freezing conditions. Boots must perform for both walking and skiing, ensuring fit, warmth, and stability.

Design Brief

Designing a high-performance ski boot for alpine skiing, combining BMW M-series precision with Tecnica’s mountain sport expertise and ergonomic innovation.

Pain Points

  • Poor Adaptability – Hard to switch between walking and skiing modes.

  • Comfort vs Control – Stiff boots sacrifice long-term comfort.

  • Bulky Structure – Heavy shells reduce agility and cause fatigue.

  • Weak Thermal Control – Feet get too cold or overheated.

  • Lack of Innovation – Few advanced materials or smart features.
